The service advisor was excellent. The only complaint is when they rotated the tires they did not check the levels or if they did they filed the rear ones and the front two were over inflated by 20 psi.

It is my family and I’d first time purchasing a vehicle/truck from the GUNN CHEVROLET dealership and it was and is the most professional and amazing and awesome purchasing experience a person can have. Awful experience in your Financial department. No coordination with the price quoted by the Sales person. Currently sent an email to Salvador Meza to explain our concerns with the agreed upon Sales price of the Malibu RS recently purchased versus the price on the contract document. We also need explanation on the Veterans rebate of $500 whether it was actually applied to the after the fact sales price of the Malibu. Or were we scammed to think that it was actually discounted from sales price.

Paul in Service Department did a great job, scheduling the replacement of the trim for my 2024 Suburban. I got in quickly after the part arrived. He in-processed my vehicle for me as soon as I arrived and then kept me posted on when it was ready for pick up. He went over the work accomplished and ensured I was satisfied. Gunn Chevy Service is always great!

Unfortunately, the issue for which I brought in my vehicle is still recurring (delayed turning of the engine upon ignition). Additionally, compartments to my battery & trunk latch were left uncovered & the covers themselves tossed aside in the trunk space, and the screws/washers for the latch were left in the cup holder of my center console.

I took my car in the first time to take care of a leak & I didn’t get my car back for 2 1/2 months and there was very little communication. I had to be initiating those calls. Then a few weeks later, the car starts leaking oil again. I took my car back in 3/25 and I’ve yet to hear back anything. Horrible customer service.
