After waiting 3 hours for an oil change, was given my keys and went out to a dirty car. I was expecting to have my car washed after being serviced, seeing as my past experiences at Gunn Nissan they would do it as a courtesy and had no problems. After letting one of the representatives know about it being washed, she told me if I requested it or had a coupon. I let her know about my experience at Gunn Nissan and just decided to leave, since I was with my children and had been waiting 3 hours. I hope my next experience is better there. This was my first time taking in my vehicle for its first oil change.
