I was very disappointed with your advisor “James” I didn’t get his last name. Saturday morning, When I arrived James approached my truck and told me the wait was 3 hours. He didn’t even ask me what I needed. I told him that was ok but he insisted that I go to GMC for my service. James Told me to drive over to GMC or call them to find out the waiting time. You don’t need these kind of service advisors to push customers away. He could not help me. Why was I going to call or go over to GMC. I have always gone to Gunn Chevrolet for my truck service. It seems like he wanted me out of there. I was not to happy about your advisor “James”. Why does he push Gunn’s customers away. Bad experience that day.
