Brandon Kessler was the one that took care of us and he was very attentive to exactly what I was looking for and we have gone through two other salesman at this Gunn Chevrolet at the 1-35 Selma Texas location and it’s by far been the best and with most communication from Mr. Kessler.

Last year when I had to have service done on my truck John Bishop was outstanding. He kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and gave me constant updates and explained what was going on with it. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same type of experience this time. I had to call and ask about the status of my vehicle and when I asked about a loaner vehicle I felt as if there was "push back" about getting one. When I did get a loaner and went to pick it up, I discovered my vehicle was unlocked in the car lot. I called to let my service advisor know the loaner truck was getting close to the 2K mark, a few minutes later I was told my truck was ready, I wonder how long it had been ready. When I picked up my vehicle it was filthy, although I was told it would be cleaned up before I picked it up. v/r Al

The service advisor Michael Juarez explained what I would have done when I brought in my 2023 Chevy Colorado for it's first oil change, also that tires would be rotated, and had to performe a couple of recalls on my vehicle. The wait time was a little lengthy, there were several vehicles in front of me. Michael, went over all that had be done once complete, and thanked me for my patience.

Oil change and tire rotation done. First time service was completed in a timely manner. Air pressure in tires were low making me wonder if tires had been rotated. Service advisor was adamant that tires had been rotated and took the truck back to service to complete correct tire pressure.
