On September 20th I called to schedule service for my 2020 Tahoe which had an electrical short. I was told it would be 3 weeks before you could look at my vehicle. I don’t know why your service department cannot schedule before then but there is no way I’m driving a vehicle with electrical issues nor should Chevrolet expect a customer to do so. I did find another dealer that could help. Again I suggest you rename your express service as it took 2 hours for my oil change and rotate.
