Gunn Chevrolet was recommended to me by my son who is a car salesman in Columbia, Mo. My check engine light came on and I had it checked to tell me what the issue was. Called and made an appointment. Upon getting to Gunn service center a little after 8:00AM, I pulled into the lane and asked the young man who was receiving vehicles if I was in the right area, as I had never been there before, he asked if I was there for an oil change, told him no and what the issue was. He brought his clipboard over took the VIN information and said he was going inside to let me rep know I was there and get me started. He came out and said my person would be right with me. After waiting in the car for more than 20 minutes my husband was agitated and went inside. He was told at the counter that no one knew I was there and no one had registered me in. Now this has left a bad taste in my mouth, if the first person I encountered at Gunn didn't do what he said he was going to do for no reason, and sit there and look at me for 20 plus minutes knowing he didn't do what he said what would the rest of the staff do, could they be trusted. I can only assume that the requested services were done and done correctly. I was at the mercy of my rep Paul Trujillo, who by the way, was very courteous.
